Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

How long it takes

• Processing: your order leaves our partner warehouse in 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive in 8 to 25 days after they ship.

Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a local store. We show this time up front so there are no surprises.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check it any time on our tracking page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 US states. We don't ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it ships, or it arrives damaged, email support@thekovra.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
