Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to return your order.

How to start a return

• Email support@thekovra.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives broken or stops working within 30 days, send us a photo or short video. We'll ship a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Return shipping

For defective, damaged or wrong items, return shipping is on us. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you.
